About
Small apps. A grown-up company.
Pinpal is made in Stockholm by the team behind Portfoliobox.
Why Pinpal
Everyone now has an AI that can plan a barbecue, a renovation or a training block in seconds. Then the chat scrolls away. Pinpal is the place it puts things: a notes app, a project list and a to-do list, each as simple as we could make it, each with one door your AI can walk through. There is no AI inside the apps. You bring your own.
Who we are
Pinpal is built and sold by Portfoliobox Stockholm AB, a Swedish company since 2012. We also make Portfoliobox, a website builder for creative people, with about 30,000 paying customers. Same company, same people, new apps.

Your data
- Stored in the EU. Your account and everything you write live in Amsterdam.
- Plain Markdown. Your notes are ordinary text, yours to export at any time.
- We do not train AI on them, sell them or show ads.
- You decide who gets in. The only AI that sees your data is the one you connect, and you can revoke it in the app at once.
